Highlights from 2011

As we slowly digest the over eating and merriment of the festive season and make plans for a good old knees up and midnight smooch, here at JG we are making big plans for 2012 and looking back at some of the highlights of 2011. 

It’s hard to believe that it was less than a year ago that we launched the sparkly new JG branding and logo by Ryan R Thompson and the wonderful website by Gary Duncan and The Shed Colelctive. 

Then we:

- Gained a host of new and exciting stockists, including Nude Jewellery London, Contemporary Lab, The Jewel Thief Gallery, Elizabeth Galton Studios, Style Me Tv and Brazen Studios.

- Launched a Limited Edition Collection of rings and hand pulled screen prints.

- Had our beautiful Martha and Betty Earrings worn by Emeli Sande on her album cover and in I-d Magazine.

 - Launched our laser engraved gift vouchers.

And then we:

- Were shortlisted for both the coveted EC One Unsigned and Professional Jeweller Magazine’s ‘Treasure’ competitions.

...Alongside a whole list of other exciting meetings, plans and jewellery related madness. 

We have met lot’s of lovely new people and been blown away by the support of our customers, stockists and friends. This has been the most exciting and productive year for the Jane Gowans Team and we can’t wait to see what is in store for 2012.
