Postage

Postage is offered by Royal Mail and is fully insured to the correct value.

Gifts

For online orders we are unable to post items to any address other than the one specified in your PayPal account (your payment address). If you wish to arrange an alternative postal address please get in touch using the contact facility on this website.

Returns

Please report any damages or missing items within 48 hours of receipt. Postage is fully insured. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, providing the items have not been worn or damaged at all.
